Valid ID & Credit Card Required at Check In

A valid ID and credit card used to make the reservation must bepresent at check-in. Third-party reservations require a Credit CardAuthorization Form along with a double-sided copy of the state ID and creditcard you used to make the reservation. The Credit Card AuthorizationForm and supporting documents must be received in advance to ensure a quickcheck in. Please contact us for a Credit Card Authorization Form. 


Parking

We have two FREE parkingspaces in front of the hotel reserved for guest only, on a first come, firstserve basis. On street metered parking is alsoavailable. The meters are FREE after 6PM to 8AM Monday – Friday and all day Sunday. About a 2 minute walk away is a parkinglot that charges for parking. The Gardner Hotel is not responsiblefor any tickets or towing of your vehicle. 


Noise

Please note that we are located in a prime downtownlocation. Noise may be present at times, go out, have some fun, and makegood use of our guest discounts with our neighbors. However, if you areall partied out, we have earplugs available at the front desk. 


Elevator

Our elevator is original therefore it is very delicate and notcurrently operational. All of our rooms are located one or two levels upso you will need to use our stairways to access your room. Don’t beafraid to ask for help! 


Heating/Cooling

Due to El Paso's dry temperatures, we use centralized evaporative cooling. Make sure the transom above the door is open, and your window is slightly cracked to allow proper air flow into the room. Do NOT Adjust Radiator in Room, heater is automatic. 


Pets

ONLY ADA Service Animals & Emotional Support Animals (ESA) areallowed at the hotel.

Emotional Support Animals (Dogs/Cats ONLY) must have a valid credit card onfile incidentals. ESA must never be left unattended and must berestrained by leash or kennel when in public spaces or if the hotel staff needsto enter the room. Any aggressive behavior or excessive barking willresult in eviction from the hotel with no refunds.
